Zoom is a video conferencing service that we can use to build our business more efficiently.
Most of us have heard of zoom.
But most people aren’t using zoom to it’s fullest potential.
Let’s learn how we can use zoom better.
This will help us save time, while building our business.
Installing zoom is easy.
Here are three ways we can use zoom to build our business:
On The Job Training
We’ve learned that people learn by doing. Knowing this, it makes sense to involve them in any activities that will build their skills. But how can we meet up with or train people that are outside of our local area?
Let’s use zoom.
With zoom, we can (together) as a team, do our invites via video. We can practice closing on each other. We could even take turns giving objections and handling those objections. This builds team culture AND we are learning together while working.
We could even schedule a weekly on the job training call.
Zoom makes it easy for us to do this.
Now, our team will have a way to learn as they go every week. This consistency will make learning and prospecting fun.
Group Presentations
Instead of booking a local hotel meeting, we could use zoom to connect to multiple local meetings all at one time. This means that our leaders could do a presentation via video in multiple locations across the world on the same night. Exciting!
Think about it.
We could talk to our team in Toronto, while also talking to our team in Vermont while simultaneously talking to our team in Australia.
All our new people have to do is fill up their living rooms or the local coffee shop and we can use zoom to do a group presentation with hundreds of attendees at once.
Now, we are working smarter.
Mastermind Sessions
We are wanting our team to grow quickly.
We have leaders in multiple locations.
How can we effectively communicate with our top producers and leaders to help them grow their local teams?
The answer?
Hosting regular mastermind sessions via zoom is a great option for us.
Zoom can make our lives easier.
Most people are familiar with it.
