1. HOW TO TALK TO ANYONE – Leil Lowndes
This is one of the hidden gems in literature that nobody is talking about. Most people have never even heard of How To Talk To Anyone by Leil Lowndes, and even less know how to properly pronounce her name. So why must we own this book?
For many of us, it can be awkward in social situations. For others, we never let our prospects get a word in because we’re always talking and never listening. When we are at the grocery store, how do we start a conversation with someone and sound sincerely interested in them? How do we learn to talk less about our products and more about them? We now have a way to learn these crucial skills.

Amateurs keep one foot in the water and one foot on the shore. Professional networkers think different than amateurs. Professionals know that we’ve got to pick which side of the fence we are going to play on before we can achieve massive success.
Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki does a lot more than people often give it credit for. This is a book me must own and read multiple times. It’s a short read and the more we read it, the more we will re-wire our mind for success. This book works so well on a subconscious level, that most of us never even realize it’s working until it has!
