Everybody tells their new distributors to simply “focus on the right things” in their business but not everyone takes the time to ask themselves or even understand what the “RIGHT” daily actions actually are in there business.

Do you even know?

Did anyone ever sit down and explain what your “income producing activites” (IPAs) are in your business? Sure everyone knows they need to invite and prospect and share the presentation with qualified prospects, but what does that actually look like on a daily basis? In today’s post we’ll talk about three things you can do to get better results in your business every single day.

Step 1: Identify your IPAs
In our profession we are only paid when a product or service is sold and a transaction is complete.

Sure it’s great to attend trainings and improve your skills but when we boil it all down that’s really all there is to it. At the end of the day, if you didn’t acquire a new customer or help someone launch a new distribution channel, your paycheck isn’t going to grow.

We must always focus on new growth, acquiring new customers and launching new business partners because it’s the momentum created from those “RIGHT” behaviors that will cultivate long-term success.

Step 2: Keep it “6 year old simple”
Once you know what your IPAs ARE, you need put it into a daily action plan that’s simple enough for a 6 year old to understand and do. LITERALLY.

If you can’t show a 6 year old how to build the business, AND if they’re not able to actually do it and follow along, what you’re doing is too complicated. You already have a great company, great products, and an amazing compensation plan… why make it so hard to duplicate that nobody can ever succeed at it?

Narrow the 15-20 things that you are teaching your team down to 3-5 “RIGHT” daily behaviors, and simply focus on doing those 3-5 things to the best of your ability every single day.

Step 3: Have a daily minimum
After you know what your daily actions need to be, and you have a “6 year old simple” way of doing them, set a daily minimum for yourself and NO MATTER WHAT, every single day, you need to hit that minimum.

Whether it’s 5-10 new invites or making sure you share the presentation with 3-5 new people every single day, DO IT. And don’t go to bed until you’ve completed your daily minimum. Your sponsor can help you identify the right number for you, however decide today that you are going to (no matter what it takes) hit your daily minimum from this point forward in your business and you won’t believe how much growth you’ll see in your organization!
